Where does Everyday People source its tea and coffee?

We prioritize ethical sourcing and direct trade relationships. Our coffee originates from high-altitude farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Sumatra, while our loose-leaf teas are sourced from sustainable gardens in Asia and Africa.

What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?

We offer flat-rate shipping nationwide. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, you can expect your fresh brew to arrive within 3-5 business days.

Can I return coffee or tea if I don't like the taste?

As our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality concerns, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
